FASHION Placements
Designers who have graduated from GSPS occupy positions of responsibility with Garment Production Units, Export Houses, Design Houses & Textile Units. Few have gone on to become entrepreneurs with their own designer labels launched.
The department of Fashion Technology takes keen interest in placing its students in dynamic companies, where their talents and skill are appreciated and utilized. Students are given adequate opportunity to grow as established Designers, Stylists or Merchandisers in Garment / Textile Companies, supplying to the Domestic Market or Export Houses. They can also take up many new and exciting careers like Fashion Writer / Editor, Store Manager with leading brands like Lifestyle, Pantaloons and Shopper’s Stop, etc.
